Vertical Mastopexy/Augmentation, Abdominoplasty, Liposuction of abdomen, Fat transfer to hips.
With age and pregnancy, women have changes to their body, such as stretch marks, excess skin, sagging breasts, and loss of contour. Many of these changes cannot be fixed with diet and exercise. Procedures like abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), liposuction, fat grafting and breast mastopexy (breast lift) can help reshape and give a more youthful appearance. It is safe and effective to have combination procedures and achieve a new look all in one day. This can even be an outpatient procedure or require just staying over one night in our outpatient surgery center suite. In these pictures, you can see that this woman had a tummy tuck and vertical (lollipop) breast lift with augmentation. In addition, she had liposculpture of her abdomen with fat grafting to shape her hips. She desired a fuller hip and to fill indentations in her contour. The fat was transferred to the hips from the abdomen in the same fashion as is done when grafting fat to the buttocks. Her tummy tuck scar is hidden by her underwear or bathing suit and her breast lift scar faded over time. She was able to return to work within 2 weeks and fully recover from all of these procedures and return to normal activity within 4 to 6 weeks.
