A patient presented with breast asymmetry. As you can see in the pre-operative pictures, her left breast was larger than her right breast.
Therefore, she had a right breast peri-areolar augmentation and a left breast reduction, lift and augmentation. As seen in the post-operative pictures, her breasts were symmetric post-operatively and the patient was very happy with the results. Righting the natural asymmetry that this patient had is one of the greatest surgical challenges. And, not to mention, the emotional toll this appearance can take on a woman. When the symmetry is achieved, as in this case, it greatly improves aesthetics and self-image.
